Chipped Monkey Ltd offers secure pet microchip registration service for the control of your pets in accordance with UK law and DEFRA regulations.

If you want to cancel your contract for registration of pet microchip or any other product/service you may:

Phone or Email: Email customer services with your full name, address, microchip number and contact number.

Online: Complete the cancellation form on chippedmonkey. co.uk.

By Mail: Send us a letter with information about your purchase and how we can contact you.

If you terminate the contract after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. Please email customer service to obtain a return tag. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.

We will reimburse you for the purchase price (and related delivery fees if any) using your original payment method.

We may deduct from any reimbursement due to you (for loss that is devaluation of any goods supplied) if loss is the result of handling other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in which case there would be a deduction for the loss of value of the goods.

Refunds will be authorised within 14 days of receiving the return of the goods (or proof of return).

We may end the contract if: You don’t pay on time, even when reminded. You do not supply information required for pet microchip registry or other services.

If we terminate the contract because of your breach we may keep any refund due.

If you have questions or complaints of any product, pet microchip, pet microchip registration service, or company involved with a microchip, let your Customer Service Representative know. We are dedicated to providing prompt problem resolution.

We have a legal obligation to provide goods and services to you in accordance with your written contract. Your Legal Rights You have mostly the same rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when you buy services as you do when you buy goods.

6 months: If products can’t be repaired or replaced, you get a full refund.

6 years: Right to some money back if goods do not remain of an acceptable quality for a reasonable amount of time.

If you refuse products we will refund, replace them as the REFUND/REPLACE POLICY. Returning an item We will return any faulty or misdescribed item for free.

Faulty products will be replaced, repaired, or refunded provided that they are returned quickly.

We are not responsible for any defects due to incorrect use, erroneous assembly, or unauthorised repair.

The prices (which include VAT) are those displayed on our website, spoken or written on the phone/by email or in any of our brochures.

If VAT rates change, we will adjust your price.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made. We prefer major credit / debit cards,Paypal and banks transfers.

If payment is overdue at 31 days, interest may be charged at the rate of 4% above the base rate of Metro Bank .

We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or for breach of your legal rights.

Consumers our products and services are designed for domestic use only. Business loss restriction as per section 10.

Nothing in these terms will have affect our liabliity for death, personal injury, fraud or statutory rights.

Our liability: other than for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence (and also including liability we cannot by law restrict and liability we can restrict or exclude), we will not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, loss of business, loss of capital, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, loss of software, after losses, loss of information or data, or loss of use, however caused.

Provider Agreements and Limitation of Liability Our liability is only up to what the Customer paid for the product/service.LabelControl.com.utilities.redirect;.

Your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which ensures the safety of your pet’s microchip data, and is processed in the UK in compliance with UK GDPR.

These terms are subject to English law. Consumers may complain to court in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Business customers: the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
